-Steam the amla for 15 minutes, cool and deseed, separate into flakes.
-Mix the amla flakes with sugar as per your requirement.
-Cover and keep in shade for 1-2 days, turn with dry spoon 2-3 times a day.
-Spread the amla flakes on a plate lined with baking paper. -Drain the excess sugar and allow to dry in shade further till completely dry.
Once they are dry mix black salt, pepper powder, amchur powder, you can add any seasoning of your choice also.
-Amla candy is ready
-Store in refrigerator or a cool and dry place!
