Gluten Free Salad

1. 4 slices of watermelon wedges cut into cubes
2. Three chopped yellow tomatoes
3. Chopped baby spinach
4. 1 tbsp lemon juice
5. 1/2 tbsp honey
6. dash of salt and pepper
7. handful of pine nuts and black sesame for garnish.

The amount serves two to three people.

Mix the above ingredients, sprinkle salt, pepper, garnish, and serve. Doesn’t get easier than this.
